IDEA-Cancer is the UVA Cancer Center’s interdisciplinary workshop series around the thematic topics of Inflammation, Disparities, Energy imbalance, And Cancer. At our upcoming meeting, Drs. Ira Schulman and Coleen McNamara will both present their work around inflammation related to obesity and metabolism, followed by discussion on any overlap and potential for inter-program collaboration.
