- This five part series is a comprehensive overview of labor and birth, your hosptial stay, recovery and newborn care. You will learn about the birth process, your options during birth and possible interventions. We will also cover what happens during your hospital stay, and how to make a easy transition to home. One session will be dedicated entirely to newborn care.
