This class is designed for parents to learn and practice basic massage on their babies. Taught by a certified infant massage therapist, this three session class will give you skills to massage and comfort your little one.
Babies benefit by responding to touch by relaxing, calming and bonding with parents. Studies have shown that infant massage can help with digestion and improve sleep quality.
