Description: Perhaps you have heard of mindfulness, but aren’t sure how this practice might work for you. Would you like to make an informed decision and be sure you aren’t missing out? The practice of Mindfulness has been shown through research to change the structure of our brain and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia as well as promote overall wellbeing. This seminar provides basic information regarding mindfulness as well as an introduction to several different meditation exercises that can be implemented in your day to day life both at work and at home.
