Does your child use a walker?

UVa Health System, Department of Pediatric Orthopedics seeks children and adolescents ages 8 years and up for a research study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate energy costs and forces involved in the use of walkers.

Must be able to use a Nurmi Neo walker to qualify.

" There will be 1 or 2 clinic visits over 6 months
" You will walk with your walker and be recorded on film
" Each visit will last up to 2 hours
" There is no compensation for participation
" Study-related procedures provided free of change
