Career Advancement Opportunities

Therapy Services has a four-level Clinical Career Ladder. Fulltime and part time employees are eligible to apply to advance on the clinical career ladder after successful completion of their six month probationary period.
The Therapy Services Manager places all newly hired staff on the level of the clinical career ladder appropriate for his/her skill set at the time of hire. Thereafter, staff have two opportunities each year to advance to the next level of the Clinical Career Ladder. Each May and November the Advancement Committee accepts applications from staff wishing to advance. The five member committee consists of an OT, PT, SLP, a Clin 4 from any discipline and one  management representative.
