Sleep Disorders Center
Sleep is an important part of our life. Getting enough sleep is essential for functioning well during the day, feeling good and being healthy. Although most people sleep well and are refreshed when they wake up, about 20% of people do not get enough sleep and have some sort of sleep disorder.
Problems that can be helped by the Sleep Disorders Center are excessive daytime sleepiness, loud snoring, unexplained breathing disturbances during sleep, long-standing insomnia and difficulty staying asleep at night.
