PGY2-Oncology Residency


Residency Purpose Statement  

Pharmacists completing the PGY2-Oncology Residency Program will have the leadership qualities and clinical knowledge necessary to be able to provide excellent pharmaceutical care to adult patients with cancer in the inpatient or ambulatory setting.  They will be proficient in educating other health care professionals, students, and patients.  The pharmacists will be able to manage, develop, and evaluate their own practice and be prepared to apply for a position as a clinical specialist or practice leader/coordinator/manager.


Recruiting for the 2015-2016 PGY2-Oncology Pharmacy Residency

The position for the 2015-2016 PGY2-Oncology Pharmacy Residency has been filled through an internal match and no positions will be available this year for outside applicants.

Representatives from UVaHS will be available during the Residency Showcase on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 8:00-11:00 AM at Booth # 5804.  We look forward to meeting interested candidates in Anaheim.
