Residency Purpose Statement  

Pharmacists completing this program will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to obtain management, leadership, or supervisory positions in acute care and ambulatory care settings. They are proficient in safe and effective medication-use systems, quality assurance, the management of human resources, the management of financial resources, use of technology, and advanced leadership.   They are prepared to serve as clinical or operational leaders in acute care and ambulatory care settings.
