PGY2 Oncology

Residency Purpose Statement  

Pharmacists completing the PGY 2 Oncology Residency Program will have the leadership qualities and clinical knowledge necessary to be able to provide excellent pharmaceutical care to adult patients with cancer in the inpatient or ambulatory setting.  They will be proficient in educating other health care professionals, students, and patients.  The pharmacists will be able to manage, develop, and evaluate their own practice and be prepared to apply for a position as a clinical specialist or practice leader/coordinator/manager.
