The following tables review tube feeding progression guidelines for both continuous and intermittent feeding schedules in pediatric patients. This table may be used when writing pediatric tube feeding orders.

Continuous Tube Feeding Progression - Begin at 0.5 - 1.0 cc/kg/hr
