Talk about a real pain in the back. The leading result of accident to those under the age of 45 is low back injury. In 2004, the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission report cited that $53,183,275 was attributed in total expenditure to lower back injuries. Low back injury is pretty common and there are many factors that contribute to it.

Obesity in America
The most recent statistics on the general
health of Americans are not encouraging. Current assessments
indicate that over 60% of Americans meet criteria for being either
overweight or obese. Overweight is defined as Body Mass Index
(BMI) of 25 or above, and obesity as a BMI of 29.9 or
above.
