"A model for the next generation" is what Self Magazine calls Midlife Health at The Women's Place. Combining an array of services in one convenient location, Midlife Health introduces a new concept of health care, focusing specifically on the wellness of women age 40 and over. Our interdisciplinary staff specializes in all facets of midlife health, from assessing the individualized benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy to preventive cardiology, gynecologic care, cancer screening, treatment for depression, and more.

Our goal is to help you identify your own personal medical risks through a detailed review of your health history, a comprehensive physical examination and specialized testing, including mammograms and menopausal screening. We also have a new bone density-scanning machine that will determine if a patient is at risk for osteoporosis.

Our specialized high-quality care includes services in midlife pelvic reconstructive surgery, benign breast disease, urinary incontinence, mental health issues and nutrition. Clinical research trials are also conducted at Midlife Health in an effort to improve medical treatments for women. Clinical Trials at Midlife Health
