We understand your needs as referring physicians and staff and realize that you both expect and deserve courteous service, timely appointments and convenient access to reports.  Our staff is dedicated to exceptional service and making concerted efforts to tailor our services to meet your needs.

Direct Scheduling Line - Our dedicated scheduling staff are available to easily schedule your patients' exams:

  • Please fax the order to 243-0307 prior to scheduling.
  • The average scheduling call takes less than two minutes
  • Same day add-on appointments available almost every day
  • MRI appointments are available in the evenings and on weekends.

Readings by UVA Sub-Specialty Radiologists - All images are expertly interpreted by UVA faculty radiologists with sub-speciality experience.

Convenient Access to Reports:

  • UVA Physicians can access reports via EPIC.
  • Non-UVA Referring Physicians can receive reports via an automated fax service or online through EPIC Link.
