- Pre-Employment Testing
University of Virginia Imaging, LLC reserves the right to conduct pre-employment testing. The testing will be conducted for all applicants in a job classification who are tendered a conditional offer of employment. Applicants will be required to submit to a test at a collection site chosen by University of Virgina Imaging, LLC, and sign a consent agreement which will release the employer from liability. Those test will include a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and social security verification.
If employed at a clinic location, a mandatory TB skin test, and voluntary Hepatitis B Shots will be required dependent on the actual position. The conditional offer of employment will be withdrawn for any applicant who does not meet the company's pre-employment testing criteria.
