Information about You Make a Difference Award

The You Make A Difference program allows patients, visitors and co-workers to recognize and show their appreciation to a staff member who went out of their way to help others by completing a nomination form. This is an opportunity to tell other people about those nice things our employees do for their patients, families and colleagues. Criteria for nomination include:

  • Demonstrates a caring manner and a strong customer focus
  • Works well with others
  • Makes the department a better place to work
  • Serves as a role model for others
  • Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety/patient-centered care


Honorees will be recognized with:

  • Certificate signed by the Executive Management and presented to them by their supervisor
  • Special announcement in the Knowledge-Link
