Employee Engagement

Health System entities experienced a meaningful increase in engagement survey results.  The Medical Center’s overall engagement score increased from 3.84 to 3.91 and nearly all survey items increased as well, particularly those related to teamwork and growth.  In addition, 62% of departments made some progress on their action plans in 2014.  Education sessions will take place in August and September to prepare leadership to share results and engage in conversations with team members to better understand the meaning behind the scores.  Leaders will also learn how to integrate A3 methodology into engagement improvement efforts.  Check out the results yourself.
