Employee Engagement

  • The 2012 Employee Engagement Survey will be available for all Medical Center employees to take online June 4 through June 18, 2012.
  • Our leadership team is committed to listening and responding to your feedback through the Employee Engagement Survey process.
  • Employee feedback is used to guide decisions about issues that affect your work environment and work-life.
  • This year’s survey is quick and easy.
  • Your responses are completely confidential.
  • On June 4, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the survey.
    • Each invitee has a unique password which allows the surveyor to capture individual demographic information and ensure employee responses go to the correct manager
    • Do not forward your survey invite.  It is intended for you only and the survey code only works one time.
    • Employees who have transferred before May 21 will be included in the survey results of their new manager.
    • Employees who have transferred on or after May 21 will be included in the survey results of their former manager.
  • Thank you for your time and support in taking the Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Your involvement in improving work-life at the Medical Center supports our values, our patients and each other!

Please note: Morrison’s and Crothall employees are invited to participate in the Employee Engagement Survey as well.  Other engagement tools are used for our physicians and residents, therefore, are they are not included in the Medical Center Employee Engagement Survey process.
