Employee Engagement
Beginning January 30 through February 12, 2012 the Medical Center will be conducting a Pulse Employee Engagement survey. Unlike a census survey, a Pulse survey collects information from only part- ‘a sample’- of the total employee population. The results are then used to draw conclusions about the whole group. In order to achieve a statisically significant sampling, 1,000 Medical Center employees will be invited to take the pulse survey. These individuals will be selected randomly by the survey vendor and will receive an email invitation to participate on January 30th.
If you receive an email invitation on January 30th to complete the Pulse survey we ask that you please participate. It is short and easy to take online. Remember, your responses are completely confidential.
