Outpatient Services at UVA are not only extensive but also highly fulfilling for our nursing staff, as witnessed by our high retention rates. As an Outpatient Nurse, you'll experience new treatment modalities and strong cooperative relationships with physicians. You'll also have the opportunity to establish relationships and care for patients and families for an extended time. Healthcare professionals are augmented by an exceptional group of volunteer and auxiliary staff, working together to deliver exemplary care. Our multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach also includes Social Workers, Psychologists, Chaplains, Nutritionists and Pharmacists.
