For those interested in Nephrology Nursing, UVA offers a variety of clinical settings across central Virginia, including:

• A progressive Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Clinic and procedure area
• Eight outpatient dialysis facilities located in Charlottesville and surrounding counties, including Louisa, Orange, Page, Augusta, Amherst, Lynchburg and Altavista.
• Three acute programs in three facilities—the UVA Medical Center, Central Health's Lynchburg General Hospital and Augusta Medical Center
