Sam's Club Membership

Sign up any time with presentation of your UVA Health System ID!
Go to the Charlottesville Sam's Club service desk
to join under the group membership. Bring your UVA ID.
Sam's Club will give you a $15 gift card that never expires and can be used for gas or merchandise upon signing up for a membership. Cost of membership is $40. Members will receive 2 cards per household.
Payment Choices
Choice A - Pay in the store
- Ask to speak with one of the service people listed below.
This is important!
- Pay using cash, check, debit (Visa or Master) or credit cards
(Discover or Master).
Choice B - Pay by phone
- Monday - Friday 8:00 to 4:00 pm. Ask for Tasha,
Marcus or Theresa only. This is important!
- Pay using Discover or Master credit card (debit cards can not be
used for phone purchase). On your next visit to Sam's, pick
up your temporary card from the service desk.

9:00 am - 8:30 pm Monday - Saturday
10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday
