Belk Private Shopping Event

The UVA Health System and Belk invite all employees to a private shopping event at Belk’s store in the Fashion Square Mall on Sunday, August 12 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Your hard work, compassionate care to our patients and support for the Medical Center are all worth recognizing and celebrating.  This is a unique opportunity for you and your family to have a special night of fun, shopping, and savings just in time before school starts!

All employees, their family and friends are cordially welcome to attend this shopping event with your valid UVA Health System ID.

 Some of the special offerings during this private shopping event include:

—   20% off items with VERY LIMITED exclusions, exclusions include:  cosmetics/fragrances,  Wacoal Bras, Coach, Vineyard Vine, Under Armour, and Ugg boots.

 —   Drawings for fabulous prizes like shoes, jewelry, handbag, $250 kid’s outfit, and more!

—   Private welcome entrances for UVA employees.

—   Music with DJs, wine and Hors d' oeuvres.

—   Earn triple reward points on all cosmetic purchases that evening with a Belk card.

—   No Exclusion coupon for a future shopping event.

  Working that night or unable to attend? You can get the benefits of the discount using Belk’s pre-sell offer. To take advantage of the pre-sell offer, visit the store prior to the event and pick out your purchases and provide credit card information. Belk will bundle and hold them in a secure location.  Item(s) held will be processed through your Belk credit card  or Belk gift card on August 12 and can be picked up anytime after that evening.  (Due to third-party credit card information privacy restrictions, pre-sell items can only be purchased with a Belk credit or gift card.)
