HSAREC meeting minutes from January 20, 2005

The Employee Council meeting went on as scheduled this 20^th day of January. 

The meeting was called to order by Helen Norfleet-Shiflett, council co-chair.

It was the first meeting of the year and it came at a busy time for everyone, so there was no guest speaker.

Helen started the meeting in new business by discussing the development of a brochure for the council. It was suggested that everyone try and think of ideas between now and the next meeting and e-mail them to Helen at hn6u@virginia.edu. At the next meeting we plan to present a template of the brochure.

In old business the five scholarships from the outgoing W.F.P.A group were awarded between the amounts of $500 to $1000. Employee council representative Della Marsh was one of the recipients. Congratulations!
