The Association provides a 24/7 toll free HelpLine staffed by trained specialists who lend a listening ear, answer questions about Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and caregiving, help you deal with concerns and problems as they arise, and provide up-to-date information and referral. One-on-one in person care consultation is available by appointment. The office is open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and has a lending library with books and videos.
