Financial Consultants (formerly called MFPAs)
The Financial Consultants are financial generalists who act in tandem with Administrators as a source for financial expertise, operational measurements and process improvement. As such, these managers function as departmental CFOs, with significant hands-on involvement. Institutionally, they provide large-scale analysis on strategic directions, providing Pro Formas and recommendations on directions and business plans. They also function as a data source and interface between the traditional Finance/IT areas and the departments and are fluid and knowledgeable of the processes and systems of each.
