CLASS FORMAT: 1.5 hour class for four successive weeks: Provides in-depth information about key coping tactics and an opportunity to learn and practice throughout the four week program.

· Week two: Taming and Reframing the Mind
· Week three: Tactics and Tools to Refuel (when you are running on empty)
· Week Four: Practical Planning: strategies to build an ongoing resilient life style

ONE TIME SEMINAR: 1.5 hour one time seminar which explores Resiliency Facts and Tips and introduces an exercise to begin to build resiliency at work and at home.
