The Faculty and Employee Assistance Program provides management/organizational consultation in order to develop strategies in accordance with your company's policies and procedures on handling employee job performance issues and workplace concerns. Supervisors and managers may confidentially contact the FEAP counselor to discuss any workgroup or employee situation that may arise.
The FEAP consultant will work with you to determine if the situation is appropriate for referral to FEAP, discuss constructive ways to confront the employee about performance, and help with the referral process.
