Integrative health coaching as a client directed, healthy process for
lifestyle change, yoga
and functional nutrition.
I have worked in community hospitals, medical centers &
spa/resort settings; as nutrition faculty for physician education and
undergraduate students; in research, bioinformatics, diabetes
education and healthy restaurant consulting as well as partnering with
individuals for success in individual medical nutrition therapy and
wellness.
Philosophy
I respect the wisdom and knowledge each individual holds
within. I believe we are each innately whole, well, capable and quite
knowledgeable about what will foster our own health, even when there
may be a gap between our current and desired states of health.
I seek to provide a clear mirror for the client so they have the benefit of their own wisdom and clarity about their motivation for change. I prefer the coaching model of partnering; ie., traveling together toward the client’s health & healthy lifestyle destinations. It’s exciting to me when clients develop confidence and delight in their results!
