The University of Virginia Health System Center for Addiction Research and Education, UVA C.A.R.E., is researching mindfulness techniques to see if these practices helps reduce alcohol use and prevent relapse. You may be eligible to participate if you: • Are 21 years or older • Stopped drinking alcohol in the last 30 days or longer Study-related psychological assessment and 8 weekly two-hour therapy sessions are provided free of charge.
