Human Services

Saliba Susan, A

The purpose of the study is to understand the effects of an ice bag on different nerves in the lower leg, and pain and function after an ankle sprain compared to people who do not have an ankle sprain. The study involves 1 visit lasting approximately 90 minutes. Eligible persons will be randomly placed into a treatment group (ice or no ice) and participate in pre-treatment measurements, a treatment, and post-treatment measurements.
