The UVA Health System School of Nursing is seeking women and men over the age of 18 who are caregivers for persons with mild to moderate memory loss for a research study. The purpose of this study is to gain information about nutrition and diet concerns experienced by family caregivers for persons diagnosed with dementia. In the study, caregivers will be interviewed about their questions and concerns regarding nutrition and diet for their family member with dementia. An audio recording and written notes of the interview will be taken. The study interview will be conducted in the caregiver’s home or by telephone and will last about one hour.
