UVa Health System seeks children with Down Syndrome who were less than 90 days old when diagnosed with Transient Myeloproliferative Disorder (TMD) - sometimes called transient leukemia. The purpose of this study is to help doctors better understand TMD and to look at what might cause TMD in children with Down Syndrome. There is no treatment provided as part of this study. The study involves blood tests at study entry and at various other time points. If the participant is receiving care for TMD at the University of Virginia, there will be no additional visits required as part of the study: testing will be done during routine visits.
