A Multi-Center, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Dose-Titration Study Evaluating the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics of Oxybutynin Chloride Topical Gel for the Treatment of Detrusor Overactivity Associated with a Neurological Condition in Pediatric Subjects

The purpose of the study is to see if an experimental medicine called oxybutynin chloride topical gel (OXY gel) is safe and effective for Neurogenic Bladder symptoms (accidental loss of urine) in children. The study involves using an experimental medicine/placebo (inactive medicine), blood draws, a special bladder test, electrocardiogram and keeping a paper diary. The study will have up to 8 visits and could last up to 22 weeks with each visit lasting approximately 1 hour. o Study-related exams, tests and experimental medication provided free of charge. o Compensation for study completion is $400.
