Goldman Myla, D
The Department of Neurology seeks adults with and without Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for a research study. The purpose of the study is to test walking endurance (motor fatigue) and see if a test called the “six minute walk” is useful in evaluating people with MS. You might be eligible if: • You are between the ages of 18 and 55 • You can walk for six minutes unassisted. • You do not have heart or lung problems Note: We are looking for those with MS and also health volunteers. There are 7 visits over 2 years. Visits last between 2 and 5 hours, and take place at the Clinical Research Unit and Memorial Gymnasium. ? Study-related examinations are provided free of charge. ?
