Think you might have psychic ability? Functional Neuro-imaging Studies of Psi processes UVa Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences, Division of Perceptual Studies is seeking healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 64 years for a research study. The purpose of the study is to learn more about brain structure and function in people with a significant history of unusual abilities and experiences. You may qualify if you have practiced advanced meditation or trance mediumship, have had controllable Out of Body experiences, or have psi talents (the ability to succeed at tasks at a higher than expected rate). The study will involve a questionnaire and interview to determine eligibility. Study subjects will be asked to engage in game-like activities, and may be asked to undergo electroencephalogram (EEG) and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) at no cost.
