GME Salaries & Benefits Subcommittee

Charge

The subcommittee will review existing salary levels for residents/fellows and ensure that salaries remain competitive using the AAMC Housestaff Survey of Stipends and Council of Teaching Hospitals.  Additionally, the subcommittee will work closely with the GME operational staff to review existing benefits as needed, (e.g., health insurance, parking reimbursement, meal benefits), and determine if changes are necessary.
