Searches the physician's research interests, clinical interests, patients most frequently seen and key words associated with the physician.
- Letter cases are ignored
- Search for an inclusive phrase by putting the keyword phrase within quotes. (Example: "preventive medicine"). Only one inclusive phrase at a time is allowed.
- Boolean AND is assumed if there is more than one keyword separated by spaces. Only records that contain all keywords will be displayed.
- Search using boolean OR by separating words with OR. This will display records with any instance specified.(Example: heart or soul or mind or body).
- Special characters (i.e., parenthesis, plus sign, minus sign, etc.) are literals. Records in which they appear will be displayed.
- Wildcard searches are assumed. DO NOT use an asterisk or percent sign to indicate truncated words or phrases.
