- Discharge Documents
- All documentation related to discharge to home, with a home health referral or to another facility
- Consents
- Agreements between patient and provider/hospital
- Patient Data
- General information including Advance Directives; Financial; Patient generated lists of Medicines, Vaccines, Allergies; and Demographic not related to a specific visit
