Chapel
The chapel is located off the main lobby of University Hospital, near
the East Elevators. It is open 24 hours a day. Every Sunday there
is a 10 a.m. interfaith worship service. Feel free to attend in informal
dress such as a bathrobe and slippers.

secure with a Medi-Mate, an emergency response device that can be
activated at the touch of a button. Monitored 24 hours a day, a
Medi-Mate can help subscribers maintain independence with security.

The UVa Health System is committed to providing services to patients
with limited English proficiency. Spanish interpreters are available
weekdays. At night, on weekends, or at any other time for languages
other than Spanish, the services of volunteer interpreters are coordinated
by the Medical Center Language Bank. Advance notice of the need
for an interpreter is very helpful, whenever possible, and will
decrease wait time.
