Parents and guardians may place a flower on the Tree of Life in memory of their children. Flower requests may be made to honor any former UVA Children's Hospital patient. Names and flowers are added to the tree as soon as information is received and verified (usually within a day). Fill out a request form by clicking on the link below. Once names are added, they are visible to anyone with web access, and they stay on the tree indefinitely, or until removal is requested by parent/guardian. Names can be linked to separate memorial websites--such as those created by parents/guardians on CaringBridge.org.
