More about breast cancerLearn more about breast cancer and breast health from UVa's team of experts.  On October 7 at the Barracks Road Shopping Center, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., doctors from UVa's Breast Care Program will be outside Panera Bread Company to answer your questions about breast health and breast cancer risk. At 2 p.m., author Marc Silver will be presenting his new book, Breast Cancer Husband, at Barnes & Noble.

And throughout October, you can support breast cancer research and treatment in our community by buying a "pink ribbon bagel" at Panera. A generous portion of the proceeds from pink ribbon bagels will be donated to the UVa Breast Care Program.
