Vascular Biology Curriculum
Each vascular biology trainee will receive
- Mentored research training in a cardiovascular laboratory (divisional labs, basic science labs, translational research projects). Each fellow will spend a minimum of 2 years in hands-on training in their mentor's laboratory.

In addition to the mentored laboratory experience, each trainee will have a defined curriculum in cardiovascular biology to broaden their scientific education.
Required course work includes:- Vascular Biology (1 semester)
- Ethics in Research (1 semester)
- Cardiovascular Seminar Series (weekly)
- CV Division Research Conference (monthly)
- Translational Journal Club (monthly)
Optional coursework includes:
- Accelerated PhD program for MDs
- Other graduate courses (immunology, genetics, cell, gene)
