NMDS National Conference - Dallas, TX - April 2004
This is a picture of Student Directors Dave Beckert and Kim Dowdell, taken prior to the NMDS Conference's cocktail party, in Dallas. This 4-day-event provided attendees with training in basic disaster skills, talks and sessions dealing with various disaster-related topics, and many displays from vendors of medical and disaster supplies, such as PPE (personal protective equipment) and decontamination tents.
