Chief of Planning and Development Caroline, a second year medical student, serves as Director of Planning and Development. She became interested in disaster response while working in the Williamsburg, VA Emergency Dept, while attending the College of William & Mary where she received her BA in history/chemistry in 2004. She is interested in how to better prepare for and cope with disasters and how to most effectively use healthcare resources. |
