Junior Volunteers Wrap
Up Another Productive Summer
For some local teens, summer vacation is about helping out, not
slacking off. The Health System’s Junior Volunteers dedicate
approximately 5,000 hours of service each year to assisting Medical
Center staff and patients. In return, they get a behind-the-scenes look
at the hospital and some great experience.
In this NewsReel episode, we talk to two of our Junior Volunteers to find out exactly what types of jobs they do during their time here and why they decided to make the Health System their summer getaway. Take a look!
