The 22nd Annual UVa Children's Hospital Walk-For-Kids

How to Register

Use this registration/pledge form  to gather donations. Set a goal for yourself, and get your friends, family, and co-workers involved.

You can also collect pledges online. Create your own Walk-for-Kids Web page.

Individuals. Fill out this form. Collect your pledges before the Walk-For-Kids. Be sure to check with your company to see if they will match your donations. Turn in your pledge sheet and money during race registration from 8-9 am.

Prizes. All participants with pledges of more than $20 receive a free Walk-For-Kids t-shirt at registration. Everyone who participates in the Walk-For-Kids will be eligible to win door prizes. Plus, there will be prizes for:

  • Biggest Team (trophy)
  • Team Raising the Most Money (trophy)
  • Individual Raising the Most Money (vacation getaway)
  • Individual with the Most Sponsors (hotel getaway and UVa football tickets)

In addition, if an individual raises over a certain amount, she or he will receive a gift certificate to an area restaurant or Sprint calling card.

  • Over $250, receive gift certificate CD
  • Over $500, receive family fun package
  • Over $1,000, receive $50 restaurant gift certificate

Wear sensible shoes and dress for the weather.

The UVa Walk-For-Kids goes on, rain or shine. Recharge your energy with refreshments along the way.
