The pediatric program in the Department of Urology cares for a wide range of patients and is spearheaded by fellowship trained pediatric urologists with the assistance of a nurse practitioner. Urologic oncology places a special emphasis on cancers of the bladder, prostate, and kidney. Our cancer surgeons have pioneered minimally invasive therapies including cryosurgery, brachytherapy, and robotic prostatectomy for prostate cancer as well as robotic cystectomy for bladder cancer.
