After you are notified by GTTF of the experiment start date, you should initiate the animal transfer by filling out a protocol transfer form(http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/internet/ccm/docs/PTdoc1.doc) and submit it to CCM. The male and female mice should be transferred to GTTF's mouse room MR5 G337. The males are used as studs for breeding to donor females to generate embryos. Please transfer the mice only to our protocol # 3520 but keep them on your per diem fund code (CCM #). Please also indicate below whether the males should be euthanized or returned to you after we complete your project.
Please click "Submit" button to send the request electronically to GTTF. Click "Back" button on your web browser to print, sign and bring the form to Jordan 2223 (ext. 2-3990) to confirm the timeline of the service.
