Brief description of the project and special note to GTTF:

GTTF provides mouse ES cells to users for gene targeting or DNA preparation.  Some of the ES cells are propagated from the stocks obtained from those who originally derived them.  Others are derived by GTTF.  The users are responsible to obtain MTF with the relevant parties.  Each vial contains 1 million cells or lysate from which 15-20 ug high quality DNA can be prepared for Southern blot analysis.
