- Contact your service member to find out if they have access to either Camp Cooke in Taji, Camp Fallujah in Fallujah or Al Asad. Currently, these are the only sites we can connect to, but will have more sites in the future.
- If they can reach any of these sites, please give them the contact information at Freedom Calls, the organization that sets up the videoconference.

- Have your service member contact John Harlow to coordinate a date and time for the videoconference. If they are at Camp Cooke , they can sign up to videoconference at the Internet Café in addition to contacting Freedom Calls.
