Chronic wounds, both painful for patients and frustrating for healthcare providers, are complex problems that require a coordinated approach to treatment. The Chronic Wound Care Clinic (CWCC) provides a multidisciplinary team of health professionals uniquely qualified to enhance the care provided by the patient's personal physician. Our team of specialists is dedicated to treating wounds and ulcers that fail to heal or show delayed healing due to:

  • Vascular disease
  • Infection
  • Diabetes or other metabolic disorders
  • Immunosuppression
  • Unrelieved Pressure
  • Radiation Injury
  • Malnutrition

Treatments, focusing on the underlying factors that result in delayed healing, take a systematic yet personalized approach with a goal of promoting rapid healing and an effective, long-term resolution of the problem. Current and leading edge treatments available include:
